About your Instructor

 

Sarah Steckler is a Life Coach & Self-Care Strategist who helps women declutter their mind and simplify their life. She's the founder of The Brazen Heart Collective, a community focused on self-love and heart-centered personal growth, the creator of The Financial Self-Care Budget System, a Self-Love Guide, and numerous other journal resources. 

Sarah has coached over 100 women and has helped hundreds more in reclaiming their voice, sense of self, and living with aligned intention, purpose, and self-empowerment. She holds a Master's in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health & a B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Sociology from Western Washington University. She believes in the power of self-awareness and both challenges and guides each of her clients to find their own truth instead of handing out advice. 

Outside of her coaching practice, Sarah is a big fan of the outdoors, cuddling with her bulldog, visiting the library, catching up on Total Divas, collecting crystals, forest bathing, and baking goodies from scratch.

+ How much time will this course take?

This course is designed to be implemented over 6 weeks with each module giving you a week's worth of time to go through the materials, homework, and assess your needs. I've designed the program so that you will only need to devote 60 - 120 minutes or less each week to go through the materials. Less is more when it gets you to take solid action!

+ What if I need additional support or have personal questions?

Assessing your self-care, addressing limiting beliefs, and diving deep into your intentions can bring up a lot of emotions. It's why I encourage you to go through the course at the suggested pace. There is a form to submit questions that I will address and add to the course as needed :)
